February will come out and mingle with his roommates to eat and play. February could benefit from a quiet, loving home where he could learn to trust and accept the love and care of people. He qualifies for the Permanent Foster Program where Purrfect Pals will care for and cover the cost of any Feline Leukemia health related issues.
